Add Case Page - Overview
The Add Case page allows you to open a case related to a customer's account, to an e-bill, or to a payment (if the status is Paid). You add these types of cases from the Customer Detail page, the E-bill Summary Detail page, and the Payment Detail page, respectively.
The information that appears in the Add Case page depends on which page you use to access it. For example, if you come from the E-bill Summary Detail page or the Customer Detail page, the Add Case page will include only the New Case section. If you come from the Payment Detail page, the Add Case page will also contain the Payment Information section.
