Case Detail Page - Overview
The Case Detail page provides detailed information for a case associated with the current customer's account. It contains a customer profile section, a Case Detail section and, if the case is related to a payment, a Payment Information section. The lower portion of the Payment section may also include case investigation details resulting from case research. If the case has notes associated with it, the Case Detail page contains a Case Notes List section.
On the Case Detail page, you can:
- View the details related to a case.
- Open, close, or change the status of a case.
- Change the priority of a case.
- Add notes associated with a case.
- Go to the Customer Detail page.
