The Customer Detail page presents detailed personal and account information associated with a particular individual or business customer. All Biller Care users can view the details on this page. If you have the appropriate security level, you can also:

• Change the business name, customer name, remit account number, service address, and phone numbers for a customer's account.
• Add a case related to the customer's account.
• Add an e-bill service activation (if one has not already been added for the customer).
• Add a payee record for the biller or merchant that you represent (if one has not already been added).
