Case Search/Results Page - Overview

The Case Search/Results page allows you to locate a particular case or a list of cases, depending on the search criteria you enter.

If you are authorized to manage cases and you are providing single biller service, this page appears immediately after you sign in. If you are authorized to manage cases and you are supporting multiple billers, this page appears after you select a biller from the Merchants List.

You can search for a case by any of these search options:

By selecting one of the four search options and entering key search information, your search request produces a list of all the cases that match your search criteria. The search results are sorted by the option you selected for the search (for example, by Account Number or by Case ID). From the search results list, you can select the case you want and display detailed information about it.

Note: If you access this page by clicking the Case Search link on the Customer Search page after selecting a merchant, it displays all search options and allows you to search for all cases matching your criteria for the biller/merchant you are working with. If you access this page from a page containing information about a specific customer, Biller Care searches for all cases for that customer and displays them on this page. It also displays the Status search option, which allows you to narrow the list of cases for that customer to ones with a specified status.
