The Payment Detail page provides detailed information related to a customer's payment transactions. The content of the page varies according to the payment's current status. On the Payment Detail page, you can:

• View all available details related to a payment.
• Modify the date and amount of a scheduled payment (if the merchant you represent and the customer you are assisting are in CheckFree's online bill payment network).
• Add a payment-related case for a payment that has the status of Paid and that is not a credit card payment.
• Cancel a scheduled payment (if the merchant you represent and the customer you are assisting are in CheckFree's online bill payment network).
• Go to the Customer Detail page for the customer whose information you are viewing.
