The E-bill Summary Detail page provides detailed information for each e-bill listed on the E-bills List page. On the E-bill Summary Detail page, you can:

• View detailed information about individual e-bills.
• View the e-bill statement if it is available through CheckFree's system.

• Add an e-bill-related case.
• Go to the Customer Detail page for the customer whose e-bill information you are viewing.

Note: If your Biller Care user ID does not allow access to the e-bill features, the links to the e-bill pages are not available.

Note: The E-bills link only appears in the customer navigation bar if the selected customer is a customer of a biller that you represent, and e-bill service is active for that customer.
