Add an e-bill service activation?

View an actual e-bill?

 To add an e-bill service activation:

  1. Go to the Customer Detail page for the customer for whom you want to add an e-bill service activation.
  2. Click the Add E-bill Activation link in the page navigation bar.
    The E-bill Service Activation Add page appears.
  3. Enter the necessary data and click Save.

 To view e-bill information:

  1. Click the E-bills link on the customer navigation bar.
    E-bills List
    page appears.
  2. Locate the e-bill that you want to view.
    The e-bills with the most recent due dates appear at the top of the list. If there are multiple e-bills with the same due date, they are then sorted by e-bill ID in ascending order. If the list includes more than 50 e-bills, you can use the Next and Previous links at the bottom of the page to view additional e-bills.
  3. Click the E-bill Status link for the e-bill that you want to view.
    The E-bill Summary Detail page appears.

 To view an actual e-bill:

  1. Go to the E-bills List page.
  2. If the e-bill statement is available for viewing through CheckFree's system, the Click the Yes link in the E-bill View field.
    The selected e-bill statement appears in a separate browser. It is an online version of the e-bill provided by the biller.
  3. When you are finished viewing the statement, close the second browser window.
