The E-bill Service Activation Add page enables you to add a new e-bill service activation order for a customer in pending status. When you add an e-bill service activation, Biller Care automatically adds the corresponding payee record.

Note: The E-bills link only appears in the customer navigation bar if the selected customer is a customer of a biller that you represent, and e-bill service is active for that customer.
