Add Date |
The date the subscriber was added to the system. |
Address 1![]() |
The address information associated with the account. The contents of this field default to the subscriber's address. |
Address 2 | The additional address information associated with the account. The contents of this field default to the subscriber's address. |
Address 3 | The third address line is reserved for foreign addresses. |
Birth Date | The subscriber's birth date in MM-DD-CCYY format. |
Business Name | The business name of a business subscriber. This field is required if the Subscriber Type entry is B. Minimum 2 characters. |
City![]() |
The subscriber's city. |
Client | Indicates the client software used by the subscriber. Valid values are M (Microsoft Money), Q (Quicken), and H (Home Financial Network). |
Client Application | The client application that the subscriber used to connect in the last session. |
Client Spec. ID | Indicates the client's platform specification. Valid values are Gold, NPC, ColsLeg, TBP Classi, and OFX. |
Client Version | The version of the client application. |
Col. Source Code | Columbus source code that the subscriber enrolled with.
Note: Available only to Columbus subscribers. |
Country | The subscriber's country code. The default entry is USA. |
Daytime Phone | The subscriber's daytime phone number.
Note: At least one phone number is required, so you must enter a daytime phone number if there is no entry for an evening phone number. |
Descriptor | A brief description of the subscriber provided by the
sponsor.
Note: You can only modify this field if your security level is 0300 or higher. |
Effective Date | The date that the subscriber's services began with the service provider. |
E-Mail Address | The subscriber's e-mail address.
Note: The e-mail address cannot be deleted if the subscriber has an active e-bill service account. If a different e-mail address is entered on the E-Bill Service Activation Detail page, the change is reflected on this page. If a new e-mail address is designated as a primary address on the Add E-mail Address page, the change is also reflected here. |
Employee | Indicates whether the subscriber is a sponsor employee. |
Evening Phone | The subscriber's evening phone number.
Note: This field is required if the Daytime Phone field is blank. It may have the same value as the daytime phone number. |
External ID |
The subscriber's identifier in its external form (the form known by the subscriber). In most cases, the external ID is displayed exactly as the subscriber typed it when creating it: all caps (SMITH), all lowercase (smith), or mixed case (Smith). An ID entry is valid only if it matches the ID as shown here. (For some portal subscribers, the external IDs appear in uppercase.) If the subscriber has interoperable capability (INTEROP), the alias ID may appear. If this field is blank, the Subscriber ID field displays the subscriber identifier in the internal form used at CheckFree. Note: Either ID can be used to locate the subscriber; the Subscriber Detail page displays the version of the identifier used in the subscriber search by ID. |
Fax | The subscriber's fax number. |
First Name![]() |
The subscriber's first name. Minimum 2 characters. |
Form | Free-form field to indicate an identifier on the enrollment form the subscriber used. |
Fulfillment Code | Fulfillment packet code. Indicates the packet of materials
to be sent with an enrollment letter. Valid values are W for welcome and
P for PIN letter.
Note: This information is applicable only if CheckFree performs fulfillment on behalf of the sponsor. |
Last Maintenance Date | The date of the most recent modification made to the subscriber's information. |
Last Name![]() |
The subscriber's last name. Minimum 2 characters. |
Last RefGuide Date | The date the subscriber was last sent a reference guide. |
Last Session Date | The last time the subscriber used the system. |
Marketing Source | The marketing piece involved in the subscriber's enrollment request. |
Memo | A brief text memo about the subscriber. |
Middle Initial | The subscriber's middle initial. |
OK to Solicit? | Indicates whether the subscriber is willing to receive solicitation from CheckFree. |
Original Product | The code for the product the subscriber enrolled with. |
Product![]() |
The code for the product used by the subscriber.
Note: You must have a security level of 0400 to modify this field. |
Sbsr Billing Class | Indicates how the subscriber will be billed by CheckFree.
If you are in add mode, you can either select a value from the billing class list or click the magnifying glass icon, which will take you to the Billing Class List page. Note: This field is only applicable for subscribers whose sponsors have requested that CheckFree perform subscriber billing on their behalf. |
Security Name | The name used for authentication of a subscriber, usually the mother's maiden name. |
Security Question | The security question selected during enrollment.
Note: When you are adding a subscriber and when a sponsor is appropriately set up, this field is a drop-down list that allows you to select the subscriber�s security question. |

The type of service enabled for the subscriber: Valid

Site |
Indicates the type of Web site from which the subscriber is making payments. Valid values are �Aggregated Site(AGG)� and �Universal Payment Network(UPN).� |
Sponsor |
The sponsor offering services to the subscriber. The sponsor value is a two-part identifier. The first part consists of up to five characters of the sponsor ID. The second part is the sponsor's name online. For example, 1111 First Bank. Note: If the name exceeds 40 characters, it is truncated. |
Spsr Billing Category | Indicates how the sponsor categorizes the subscriber's billing. Data only appears if the sponsor bills the subscriber. Values are established when the sponsor is set up and are maintained by the sponsor. This field is blank if CheckFree handles subscriber billing. |
SPSR BLCode | A free-form field to be used by sponsors to track their own categories and information. |
SSN/Tax ID![]() |
The subscriber's Social Security number or tax ID. |
State ![]() |
The subscriber's state. |
Status |
The subscriber's status with the bill payment service. Valid values are:
Note: You must have a security level of 0300 or higher to modify this field. All of the codes can be changed except codes C and F, which are reserved for the use of CheckFree associates. Note: This field is view only for inactive subscribers that have been migrated. |
Subscriber ID | The subscriber's service account number with the service provider. |
Subscriber Type | Indicates whether the subscriber is an individual or
a business. Valid values are: R for blank for individual, B for small
business, and C for corporate business.
Note: Currently, there is no support for the corporate business subscriber type. |
Time Zone![]() |
The subscriber's time zone. Valid values are:

Title | The subscriber's title (for example, Dr., Ms.). This field can only be modified by an associate with a security level of 0200 or higher. |
ZIP Code![]() |
The subscriber's ZIP Code. |

(Payee) | (Unlabeled.) The payee name. The payee name is a link that
takes you to the detail for the historical payment or the pending payment.
Note: If an EPS nickname, last name, or e-mail address cannot be found for an e-mail payment, the phrase Name not supplied appears in this field. This situation usually occurs in conjunction with an invitation with money, because identifying information is not yet available on Genesis. The phrase also serves as a link to the EPS Pending/Processing Payment Detail page or the Historical Payment Detail page. |
