Approver |
The business user ID of the business user who approved the payment. Note: Appears only if the subscriber is using WebPay for Small Business v3.2 or later. |
Authorization # |
The authorization number of a successful credit card transaction. |
AutoDebit |
Indicates if the payment was an Auto-Debit transaction. Valid values are: �Yes� and �No.� |
Bank Account # |
The subscriber's bank account number where payment is debited. Note: If the payment was made with a credit card, Bank Account # displays ************nnnn (where nnnn is the last 4 digits of the credit card account number). Note: If the payment is a promotional credit, this field displays the number of the target account for the credit. |
CC Network Indicator |
Indicates whether the recurring payment is considered in or out of the Visa/MasterCard credit card network. Valid values are �In,� �Out,� and �[blank]� (does not apply). |
CF Remit Date |
The date the payment was processed by CheckFree (if applicable). |
Credit Card Fee |
The fee amount associated with this credit card payment. Note: This field only appears for credit card payments. |
Credit Card Flag |
Indicates if the payment is a credit card payment. Note: This field only appears for credit card payments. |
Credit Card Type |
Indicates the type of credit card used for the payment. Valid values include American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Note: This field only appears for credit card payments. |
E-Bill Number | The reference number assigned to the bill by the biller. |
EPM | This field only appears
if the sponsor is set up for Electronic Postmark�. The Electronic Postmark status indicator tells you whether the U.S. Postal Service has postmarked the creation, modification, or cancellation of the payment on a specific date and time. Valid values are Yes (the payment transaction has been postmarked by the Postal Service) and No (the transaction has not been postmarked by the Postal Service). Note: The EPM status indicator is set to Yes when CheckFree receives the postmarked payment transaction from the Postal Service. An EPM payment transaction that the subscriber has just created or changed contains a No value until the Postal Service applies the postmark and sends the transaction back to CheckFree. |
EPS Nickname | The name that the subscriber has assigned to the recipient of an EPS payment or the recipient's e-mail address. |
FI Name |
The name of the financial institution where the payment is debited. Note: If the payment is a "tell a friend" promotional credit, this field displays the name of the financial institution holding the target account for the credit. |
Initiator | The business user ID of the business user who initiated
the payment.
Note: This field appears only if the subscriber is using WebPay for Small Business v3.2 or later. |
Invoices Attached | Indicates whether an invoice is attached to a payment. Valid values are Yes and No. |
Last Maint. Date | The last date modifications were made to this payment request. This reflects all changes made to this payment, including Sponsor Care and subscriber changes. |
Lead Day | The number of days needed for the payment to reach the payee. |
Model ID | The system-generated ID number for the recurring model. |
Origination Code | Code indicating the source of entry for the payment.
Valid values are:
Note: This field only appears if the sponsor requires an origination code. |
Payee Account # | The subscriber's account number with the payee. |
Payee ID | The system-generated payee identifier. |
Payee Name |
The name of the recipient of the payment. The payee name is a link that takes you to the Payee Detail page for the selected payee. Note: If the payment is a "tell a friend" promotional credit, this field displays "Tell a Friend." |
Payee Nickname | The name that the subscriber has assigned to this payee.
Note: The values Confirmation Credit and Confirmation Debit appear in this field if the transactions are used for account confirmation. For information on the way in which an account confirmation transaction is displayed on this page, click this link to go to the account confirmation version of the Historical Payment Detail page.If the transaction is a promotional credit, the value Promo Credit appears in this field. |
Payee Posted Date |
The date on which the payee posted the payment. |
Payee Posted Status |
The posting status of the payment. Valid values are:

Payment Amount |
The dollar amount of the payment as specified by the subscriber. |
Payment Fee |
The fee associated with the payment, if any. Note: This field only appears for same day and immediate payments. |
Payment Time |
The scheduling option that pertains to the payment. Valid values are

Product |
The product used to transmit payment instructions. |
Remit Method | The method used for payment remittance. Valid values
are:

Request Number | The original check number specified by the subscriber. |
Sbsr Payment Date | The date of payment as requested by the subscriber. |
Track Number | The confirmation number of the payment. |
Transmission Date | The date the payment was transmitted to the financial institution by the subscriber. |

Address | The address of the payee the subscriber provided for payment. Three lines are available. |
City | The payee's city the subscriber provided for payment. |
Country | The payee's country code the subscriber provided for payment. |
Postal Code |
The payee's postal code the subscriber provided for payment. Note: This field only contains a value if the Country is not USA. |
Province |
The payee's province the subscriber provided for payment. Note: This field only contains a value if the Country is not USA. |
State | The payee's state the subscriber provided for payment. |
ZIP | The payee's ZIP Code the subscriber provided for payment. |
Check Status | Indicates the status of the check issued to the specified
payee. The payment may have been issued through a single or a consolidated
check. Valid values are
A blank field indicates the check has been issued but not cleared. Note: Draft checks (payment methods 3 and 8) are never assigned cleared status (even though they may actually have cleared). Since a draft check is issued on the subscriber's bank account, CheckFree has no way to determine whether the check has cleared. Therefore, for draft checks, the check status field will always be blank. |
Check Status Date | The date that the check's status changed to Cleared, Stopped, or Voided. |
Check/Trace # | The check or trace number assigned to the payment. |
City | The payee's city the subscriber provided for payment. |
Exception or Reissue | Electronic exception and reissued check indicator. Valid values are R for reissued, E for exception, and blank for not reissued or excepted. |
Orig. Check Number | The original check number of the payment check, as provided
by the subscriber.
Note: If the subscriber has been migrated to another sponsor, for payments made prior to the migration, this field displays ten zeros ("0000000000"). To view the actual check number, locate the payment information under the subscriber's original sponsor ID. |
Payee Address | The payee address where CheckFree remitted payment. There
are two address lines provided.
Note: The address used by CheckFree may be different from the payee address provided by the subscriber. Any payee address changes made to the payment by CheckFree are reflected in the outbound address, so information on the Payee Detail page or on the Inbound section of the Historical Payment Detail page may not match. CheckFree manages direction of the payment to the proper remit center when such information is available for the payee. For example, if the payee's credit card payment processing is handled by a particular remit center, a credit card payment will be directed to that center even though the subscriber provided a different address for the payee. |
Payee Name | The name of the payee as provided by the subscriber. |
Payment Method | The method used for payment remittance. Valid values
are:

Remit Center # | The payee remit center associated with this payment. |
Schemed Account # | An alternate account number used by the biller to identify the account. |
Standard Payee ID | The standard payee ID number.
Note: If there is no Standard Payee ID in effect, this field will display the value UNM. |
State | The payee's state the subscriber provided for payment. |
ZIP | The payee's ZIP Code the subscriber provided for payment. |
Company ID | The company ID of the customer whose payment was returned. |
Customer Number | The number of the customer whose payment was returned. |
Effective Date | The date of the returned payment. |
Reason Code | The reason code assigned to the returned payment. |
Return Date | The date that the payment was returned. |
Return Trace # | The trace number assigned to the returned payment. |
Transaction Code | The transaction code of the returned payment. |
Adjustment | The amount of an adjustment item.
Note: This field is blank if the item is a credit memo. |
Discount Amount (%) | The dollar amount or percentage for this invoice.
Note: This field is blank if the item is a credit memo. |
Amount | The amount of the invoice or the credit. |
Invoice/Credit Memo Number | The number of this invoice or credit memo. The number is a link that takes you to the Invoice/Credit Memo Detail page for the selected invoice or credit memo. |
Invoice or Credit Memo | Identifies the item as an invoice or a credit memo. Valid values are Invoice(I) and Credit(C). |
