If your organization offers electronic billing service, Biller Care allows you to view information about the electronic bills (e-bills) sent to your customers.

If e-bill service has not already been activated for a customer, Biller Care allows you to add an e-bill service activation for that customer.

Note: The E-bills link only appears in the customer navigation bar if the selected customer is a customer of a biller that you represent, and e-bill service is active for that customer.
