Maintenance Log Page - Fields

The following table provides descriptions of the fields on the Maintenance Log pages.

Field

Description

After The new value of the field that was changed.
Before The value of the field before it was changed.
Date The date the change was made.
Field The name of the field that was changed.
Product Used The product code for the product used by the subscriber who made the change or the Customer Care page used by the associate who made the change.

Note: This column only appears on the Payee, Payment, and Recurring Model maintenance logs.

Time The time the change was made.
User ID The identification code of the CSR, subscriber, or batch process initiating the change.
User Name/Requestor The name of the CSR or subscriber initiating the change. If the change is made for a subscriber using WebPay for Small Business v3.2 or later, the requestor name appears.
