The following table provides descriptions of the fields on the Co-Subscribers List page.

Field	Description
(Co-subscriber Name)	The first and last name of the co-subscriber. The name is a link that takes you to the Co-Subscriber Detail page.
SSN/Tax ID	The Social Security number or Tax ID number of the co-subscriber.
Status	The current status of the co-subscriber. The valid statuses are Active (A) and Inactive (I).
Security Name	The name used to authenticate the co-subscriber, usually the mother's maiden name.
Birth Date	The co-subscriber's date of birth.
Maint Date	The date that the co-subscriber information was last updated by CheckFree.
