Issue a promotional credit?

To view promotional credits:

• On the subscriber menu, click Promotional Credits.
  The Promotional Credits List page appears in one of two possible states:
  • If the credit has already been issued, the system displays the credit transaction.
  • If a credit has not been issued and the subscriber is eligible, the system displays all of the promotional offers in effect when the subscriber enrolled.

Issuing a Promotional Credit

You must have a security level of 0200 or higher to issue a promotional credit.

To issue a promotional credit:

1. On the subscriber menu, click Promotional Credits.
   The Promotional Credits List page appears.
   
   The page displays all of the offers available when the subscriber enrolled. The offers are listed in order of amount, starting with the largest amount.
2. From the list, locate the appropriate promotional offer.
3. If the subscriber has more than one bank account, select the account that the credit is to be deposited into from the Bank Account Number drop-down list.
4. Click Issue Credit.
   
   The page displays the credit transaction, with Customer Care shown as the source of the credit in Status Reason Code and the current date in Issued Date.
