The help system contains information to assist you in using the Biller Care features.

Each time you click the help icon , a help page displays in a separate window. It is a good idea to get in the habit of closing the help window when you are finished with it. If you don't close the help window after opening it, it could interfere with the performance of your system.

Access the table of contents?
Print a help topic?
Close the help window?

To access the help topics:

Click on the right-hand side of each page for help on the features on that page.

 To access the help table of contents:

Click the Contents link at the top of any Biller Care Help page.

 To print a help topic:

From the topic you want to print, click Print on your browser's File menu.
The current help page prints on your default printer.

 To close the help window:

Click the Close box in the upper right-hand corner of the help window.
